Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons accredition

Maes Glas Veterinary Group is proud to announce that following an indepth and independent inspection, we have achieved the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons accredition in all of our surgeries with our Brackla surgery upgrading to become an R.C.V.S. accredited hospital.

Despite this being a voluntary scheme, we opened our doors to the inspector because we felt having these rigorous inspections confirmed our commitment to providing a high standard of care for your pets.           

At our Brackla hospital, we have nursing staff on the premises 24 hours a day with our own veterinary surgeons available at all times to attend to the hospitalized patients and out of hours emergency cases. Some veterinary practices expect you to drive to an out of hours service provider some distance away when their surgery closes for the day, with your sick pet being transferred on a twice daily basis if hospitalised for a period of time, we do not believe that this is fair on you or your pet.
